FANMAKE HANDBOOK / PURCHASE INFORMATION
Terms, privacy & refunds.

fanmake.ai is operated by RET KOREA CO.,LTD., a company based in South Korea.
What you are buying
The seller for Handbook purchases is WELTENTERS FZ LLC, a company established in the United Arab Emirates. The Handbook is a digital educational product, with prices shown in US dollars. Your order includes the Handbook and only the Special Editions you select. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. AI-tool subscriptions, generation credits, coaching and access to the future Fanmake SaaS are not included. Check the final order amount in Stripe before paying.
You receive a personal license for the purchased files. You may apply the techniques in your own projects, but you may not share, upload, resell or redistribute the guide or prompt-library files. Rights to generated output depend on the tools you use, their terms, your source material and applicable rights. Use only images and voices you own or have permission to use.
Delivery and returning later
After Stripe confirms payment, your files become available in My downloads. We also send an access link to the email entered at checkout. A link can expire or be used once without ending your purchase access. Request a fresh link on My downloads using the same email. No separate password or SaaS account is required. Keep a local backup of your downloaded files.
Files may be corrected or updated, but no particular future addition, release date or lifetime hosting service is promised. Contact us if a download is unavailable. Download access is withdrawn after a refund or payment dispute; contact us if a resolved dispute requires access to be restored.
Refund requests
Contact hello@fanmake.ai within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the files, or if the files are faulty or incomplete and we cannot resolve the problem. Include your order number and checkout email. Requests are reviewed manually, and approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
We record when a file transfer starts to help resolve delivery and refund requests; this does not prove that your device completed the download. Tell us if a transfer failed. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Accepting digital delivery does not by itself waive such rights.
Purchase privacy
We store the checkout email, order number, selected products, amount, payment references, purchase-terms version, payment status and download timestamps to deliver purchases, restore access, resolve support requests and maintain transaction records. Access links and browser sessions expire. Rate-limit identifiers are hashed and expire.
Stripe processes payments. Fanmake does not receive or store your full card number. Resend delivers transactional access emails. These services process the information needed for payment and delivery. Purchase and recovery emails do not sign you up for marketing. The browser uses essential secure cookies to tie a checkout to your browser for up to 24 hours and to keep your downloads private for up to 7 days.
Contact hello@fanmake.ai for access, correction or deletion requests. Transaction information may need to be retained for accounting, payment disputes or legal obligations. Access to an order and its download records is limited to service operations and support. The Privacy Policy also applies to purchases, including your rights, transfers to service providers abroad and how to contact us; the general Terms of Use apply to your use of this website.
Governing law
Handbook purchases and these purchase terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are brought before the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates. This does not remove protections you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
These terms are also provided in Korean for convenience. If the two versions differ, the English version applies to the extent the law allows.
