I bought the Handbook. Where are my files?
After payment is confirmed, your files are on the My downloads page, and we also email an access link to the address used at checkout.
My download link expired.
Open My downloads and request a new link with the same checkout email. Your purchase does not expire when a link does.
Can I get a refund for the Handbook?
Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the files, or if the files are faulty or incomplete and we cannot fix the problem. The full conditions are in the purchase terms.
Does the Handbook include the app?
No. The Handbook is a separate learning product. It does not include app access, credits or tool subscriptions.
When does the app open?
The app is planned to open in November. Sign up for the opening notice and we will email you when it opens.
How do I remove my email from the notice list?
Email hello@fanmake.ai from the address you signed up with. We delete your sign-up and do not send the notice.
