Creator (beta) includes 60 generations per month, Studio includes 1,000, and Agency includes 10,000. Unused credits do not roll over. Your current usage is visible on the Billing page inside your workspace.

One generation equals one completed asset: a still image, a short video clip, a caption set, or one voice take. Retries and minor edits do not consume additional generations — only a new asset request does.

In Settings → Channels, click Connect next to the platform. You'll be routed through each platform's official OAuth flow. Business/Creator accounts are required for TikTok and Instagram scheduling.

Images export as PNG or JPG at original resolution. Video exports as MP4 (H.264) in 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9. Captions and scripts export as .txt, .srt, or .csv. Voice takes export as WAV and MP3.

The voice engine supports English, Vietnamese, Korean, and Japanese out of the box, with additional languages rolling out each quarter. The interface itself is currently English and Vietnamese.

Open the creator, then Settings → Delete creator. This permanently removes the identity lock, reference library, and all linked assets within 30 days. Exports you have already downloaded are not affected.

Paid plans are refundable within 14 days of the first charge if you have not exceeded 20% of the plan's monthly generation allowance. Email hello@fanmake.ai with your workspace URL to request a refund.
