Billing questions, answered.
How do generations count?
One generation equals one final asset — an image, a video scene, or a long-form cutdown. Drafts, edits, and re-renders of the same asset don't count until you export. Captions and hooks are unlimited on every plan.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated to the day. You pay the difference for the rest of the billing period and get the new quota immediately. Downgrades apply at the next renewal so you keep what you paid for.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked. After that, we refund prorated for unused time on annual plans. Generations already used are non-refundable.
What happens to the Creator plan after beta ends?
Creator stays free post-beta, but at a reduced quota — 30 generations per month. Beta participants keep 60 generations per month for the life of their account as a thank-you for shipping with us early.
Do you offer enterprise or white-label?
Yes. Enterprise adds SSO, custom data residency, private model hosting, and white-label exports. Pricing is usage-based. Email hello@fanmake.ai and we'll scope a plan with you.
